The initial consultation will take place in the showroom located in Mediapolis. This is just to get us started and to introduce you to your designer! Bring photos of your project and inspiration photos to talk about your design wants and needs! At this meeting we will select materials and discuss budget.
Next we will come measure…
After we get all the project details noted down and make sure we’re the right fit for you, we can officially have you sign our Design Agreement and set up the on site measure appointment to get going on the design and layout in further details.
The design process begins…
The designer will begin the design process by creating 3D renderings of the space with the selected materials (from the initial consultation) and generate a detailed quote. This typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete (depending on the scope of the project) and you will be contacted to set up a meeting at the showroom to review the 3D designs and discuss the quote and possibly other options if needed. We can get you install estimates and availability. Homeowner installs are welcome!
Ordering and install begins…
Once we are at your desired budget and the design meets your expectations we will have you sign our Special Order Agreement and get the materials coming! We suggest demo doesn’t begin until all materials are here in most cases.
